A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book the contruction of your custom wig unit. We will contact you with further information once your payment has been received. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. All wigs are glueless and can be worn with or without glue. Each unit comes with a pre-plucked hairline and lightly bleached knots. Combs and adjustable straps are included.

All wig unit orders take 7-10 business days tocomplete. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, we are NOT accepting rush orders at this time.

SewXclusive Hair Collections does not offer refunds. In the event that an item must be returned without exchange, store credit will be given.

Due to health and sanitation reasons, all wig and lash sales are final sale. Our custom made wigs are constructed based on your specifications. Therefore, custom wig units are final sale and cannot be returned. If any items have a defect, you must contact us within 48 hours after your order was received.
